pcre2_get_bsr - get the \R convention

int pcre2_get_bsr(pcre2_compile_context *ccontext, uint32_t *length);Description
This function gets the convention for processing \R within a compile context.
The result is zero for success or PCRE2_ERROR_NULL if either argument is NULL.
